Hello people! How are the holidays for you guys so far?

Before we take a step into the near future, let us look back at the past 2 years in whatever college you went to. I've thought about this for quite some time, and finally decided to post this here!

1. Quah Zai You

Well, what can I say? He's the whole package: sports, academia, entertainment, just FUN! Zai You's position is like all u can hope for; he basically has the nicest portfolio of all TJCians(i truly believe) and he never stops having fun! A great friend, a smart boy. Despite all his never-ending committments, Zai You has lived up to expectations and has never once failed us. Ever wondered how he manages to juggle studies, volleyball, Mazarin, pokemon, SportsXcel and all the other stuff? Keep wondering, we'll never figure it out.


2. Nivia Satriavi Soetrisno

Another busy girl, another heroine in the mix. Its truly amazing when you watch Nivia work. She's meticulous, organized, a built-to-perfection work machine! Much of TJ050's success is owed to her, I'd have to acknowledge that. General Secretary of the Student's Council, Mazarin, TMUN and many more, wow awesomeness, busy like hell but learn like crazy. I enjoyed working and having fun with her. Nivia, don't forget me okay! I'll bring you more Oreo I promise! (:


3. Zhang Jiayi

Jiayi tongxue! Fellow Yunnan comrade and Pri 3 level head! This person isn't someone to mess around with, 'cause she has the brains! She is effectively bilingual and someone with foresight coupled with wisdom. I like to hear her speak about salient issues and share stuff with her, she often provide me with a lot of insightful comments and valuable advices. A leader as well, watch out for her name when she breaks into the Chinese market in the future(alongside Danielle)!


4. Yvonne Pow

Fellow Yunnan comrade and Pri 3 level head as well, Yvonne is like one of the closest people that I got to know in TJC. She never fails to amuse us all with her loud and clear laughter and unglam moments, haha. She's a super workaholic and always eager to find out more in order to satisfy her curiosity. Yvonne is also actively involved in the Mazarin, Leo, E Club and her other first-come-first-serve seminars, which makes me wonder whether her day consists of 48 hours instead of 24. Definitely fun to be around her, and I wish her success! Stained her 2-year clean TJC record with a night in the club finale. Tsk. =X


5. Song Lili

Lili! A super cute and amusing classmate of mine, small in size but vast in knowledge and she definitely dares to dream. She's older than us despite her small frame, and her maturity makes her one of the most reliable around. Lili always helps her classmates in need and her 100% smile always brings comfort to us. I'd definitely miss her when she returns to her hometown, 'cause I'd lose my motivation and a great friend momentarily. But well, I still believe Lili's gonna return stronger and better, and she WILL find success. Cheers :D

People, do give recognition to those around you and take a moment to look back at what college life has educated you about. What you've learnt, who you've met, these little things make up who you are today and what you are going to be tomorrow. Take some time to honour people who've helped or impacted you, and learn from them so as to become a better person!

WOOHOO THIS SPELLS THE END OF THE DREADED 'A' LEVELS!!! but i'm not really ecstatic about it, can you believe it?

well, the 4-week exam definitely is a test of our endurance, coz the preparation period and of course the days of the exams were a torture, but torture no more ^^

what's left in me? absolutely nothing. left are the days to collect stuff from school, for chalets, for prom, for watching anime + drama, for learning car-driving skills. its kind of boring but i dun intend to work anyways. cheers to a 5 month break till enlistment. zzz.

and this year's prom is kind of different for me. really dun wanna spend a single cent on clothes and stuff but after trying out old clothes and pants, realised that its practically impossible NOT to spend at all. pant don't fit no more, shoes grow dusty, having not a single coat in the wardrobe. and this year, i'm doing up my own hair (got a VERY bad feeling about this). it'll either turn out like my usual anti-gravity hair or i'll try out the styles i found on the internet -.- of course i not professional, but will try to mimic as much as possible. silence laughters are deeply appreciated at this junction thank you.

shall go style and play with my hair already, in preparation for prom. haha see you all people real soon! 39th outing, LPS 6.1 outing, TKD outing, Yunnan outing, many many more! (:

THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO MY BELOVED SO NYEO SHI DAE!

So Nyeo Shi Dae aka SNSD aka 少女时代 aka Girls Generation consists of 9 members in total, namely: Taeyeon(leader), Yoona, Jessica, Seohyun, Tiffany, Yuri, Sunny, Sooyoung & Hyoyeon.
even though this young kpop girl band hasn't made much of a name on the international stage as yet, they're getting better and better and i know one day they'll dominate all the other kpop girl bands! (:

its amazing to see how these girls progress, and they're so radiant and energetic on stage! youngest is my age, 18 while oldest is only 20! dear Yoona is 19 :( but she's still loved :D

its been 2-3 years since they embarked on their music career. their new hit single, titled 'Gee' has been top of the charts for 5 straight weeks! an awesome achievement, certainly great news for them since they stopped production for quite a while already. members tried out different spheres such as being a DJ, acting in Korean dramas, even having their own TV programme! only for the bold and talented ^^

few years down the road they'll certainly reach their prime, can't wait! though i prefer the old SNSD, when they were so cute then, their greater maturity, more self-confident and sexier version is definitely one to be anticipated!

away from SNSD, life has been tough man. i dunno leh, felt that i could still do much better for my prelims, though i'm not really disappointed with my grades. 3Cs and 2Ds, of course can do much better right won't you think so? but i still see people who score Ds, Es, Ss and Us around, but my sixth sense tells me that these people will improve by the A levels while i won't ultimately. sighs, trouble is, everyone has been improving while i've been either stagnant or deteriorating, real infuriating. my slack nature can't be changed as much as i want to, and the fact that when you're bombarded with people who score straight As everywhere you walk, you can't stop thinking about the day when you receive your result slip. everyone celebrates while you wish you had put in more effort, focused more, indulged less in non-productive aspects. that's life for you, at least it is for me. i just ain't perfect, nobody is, but i am less perfect than others.

Baby Baby SNSD, won't you be my Genie and grant me my wish of getting at least 3As? I know that one is not supposed to have a Boyfriend or Girlfriend when 'A's are nearing, but who can share my burden? I won't want to have any regrets and Tears when I step Into The New World, but it just doesn't feel right and Complete the way it is now. Gee, this sucks.

LIFE IS TOUGH. REAL TOUGH.

As usual, homework is more than ever.
I wouldn't say I've worked as hard as I wanted, but the amount of time dedicated to homework aka revision practices alone is outrageous.
It's good luhh, but then again I don't feel like I've benefited a lot leh. How come?

Nowadays, I don't even have the time to sit down, have a cup of tea and read my newspapers or watch some Bleach/ Naruto. Missed like tons of episodes already :(
I need to get fired up! Fired up for 'A's! GOGOGOGOGGOGOGOGOGO...

what a 'long' weekend man, 2 days passed just like that. -.-''' and i'm expected to finish tonnes of hw coz its a 'long' weekend, as mentioned by some teachers. THIS IS NUTS why are we given so much hw rather than given the time to study?! :((((((((((

roars. life is miserable, j2 life sucks man, totally. year1s out there u better enjoy the most wherever u can. GO PLAY BALLS, WATCH MOVIES, FIGHT, SCREAM, whatever possible. just have fun. zzz.

on a brighter note, SINGAPORE turns 44 today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE whee~ but im bound to hold onto my notes when the National Parade is on tv this year, sianzzzzzzzzz.

back after a loooooooooong break (from school of course).
i rested like 4 days in total, alot right!
coz sick lah, bopian. >.<

on friday junhan and changrong nvr come school coz of fever, and junrong was absent prior to that day coz he fell sick first on tues. then yvonne said i'm next ._. to think that i really was...

damn sian lah actually coz on monday felt super weak. saw a doctor and he gave me loads of medicine yucks. thought that tues i could've went back to school, but somehow suddenly a slight fever came out of nowhere. i measured and it read 37.6 degrees :( and so, AS A GOOD CITIZEN WITH A SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN MIND, i decided to stay home and recuperate for another day :D dun say i slack/jia zua/wadeva bad things u can name, coz i need that rest okay. :D lucky today eat sleep eat sleep then feel much better le, should be returning to sch tml!
